Ingredients:

buckwheat, tomato, mushrooms, carrots, celery, onions, peas, spices in a sachet

Preparation:

Open the package and remove the sachet of spices. Heat a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan, pour in the contents of the package (whitout defrosting) and add 1/4 cup of water. Cook on a low flame under a cover for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end of the cooking, pour on the spices from the sachet and mix thoroughly. Serve hot. The dish is an original, tasty and quick meal. It tastes great with a portion of meat and pickled cucumbers.
