Put the content of the container (without defrosting) in a small amount of salted boiling water. Bring to a boil and wait about 5 minutes. Drain and dry. Melt 1 spoon of butter on a frying pan and then place on it the drained and dried carrots letting them stew for about 3–4 minutes. Season with pepper and 2 spoonfuls of liquid honey. Ginger and cinnamon can also be added. Stew until carrots are soft and covered with glaze.
