mung bean sprouts, carrots, peppers, black mushrooms, onions, leek, bamboo shoots, white cabbage

Preparation:

Put into a pan with some hot oil and fry for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with chinese spices. Serve hot with meat or with rice as a vegetarian dish.
