Bulgur Lentils & Spinach 450 g

Bulgur is one of the oldest known groats in the world. It is extremly healthy and combined with spinach, green lentils and vegetables, it creates a wonderful flavor composition that can enjoy your home whenever you want.

Ingredients:

bulgur, green lentils, spinach, carrots, cauliflower, onion, tomato, spices in a sachet

Preparation:

Open the package and remove the sachet of spices. Heat a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan, pour in the contents of the package (whitout defrosting) and add 1/4 cup of water. Cook on a low flame under a cover for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end of the cooking, pour on the spices from the sachet and mix thoroughly. Serve hot. The dish is an original, tasty and quick meal. It tastes great with a portion of meat.
