For microwave oven: Open the package and remove the seasoning sachet. Pour the contents of the package (without thawing) into a heat-resistant container and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Heat covered for 6 minutes (power 700W), then mix and heat for another 6 minutes. Add seasoning from the sachet to taste and mix thoroughly.
